Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in consumer financial services and products cases
Draft pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation for litigation
Work independently on cases from inception to resolution

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial litigation experience
NY bar admission required; CT bar admission is a plus
Experience in consumer finance related litigation is a plus
Litigation experience in drafting legal documents
Ability to work with Financial Services Litigation Group
