Job Summary

Working remotely from the Eastern or Central Time Zones, the full-time Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents with attorney involvement, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels, including calls, emails, and texts
• Utilize innovative platforms and tools to negotiate fair and timely injury settlements

Required qualifications

• Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
• Experience in claims handling, particularly in litigation or bodily injury
• Strong understanding of automobile insurance coverage and liability assessment
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms for negotiations
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
