Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster

Job Summary

Supporting complex auto claims, the fully remote Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate coverage and liability, evaluate damages, communicate with customers and attorneys, and negotiate settlements while delivering a strong customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and assess complex auto claims involving property damage and bodily injury
• Communicate with customers and attorneys to facilitate the claims process and negotiate settlements
• Utilize claims tools to document processes and ensure timely resolution of claims

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bodily injury claim handling
• Prior experience with represented or litigation third-party casualty claims
• Experience handling claims in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
• Familiarity with claims tools such as NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center preferred
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
