Litigation Case Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational risk management, the full-time Litigation Case Analyst will collaborate with the Corporate Auto Team and Amazon Defense Counsel on complex bodily injury claims, focusing on litigation management, process improvement, and analytics, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize analytics and metrics to evaluate trends and recommend process improvements for outside counsel and TPA performance in litigated BI cases
• Coordinate ongoing litigation efforts and respond to internal legal inquiries while liaising between outside counsel and internal stakeholders
• Partner with internal teams to streamline litigation processes and identify discovery items and evidence

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in auditing business processes, risk mitigation, or internal audits
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in law, customer service, investigations, risk, compliance, or project management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with all Microsoft Office applications
