Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Compliance Attorney to join its legal and compliance department in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and writing on legal and ethical compliance issues while drafting SOPs and form agreements
• Audit case handling and provide high-level oversight to ensure compliance and performance
• Evaluate conflicts of interest and assist in implementing internal compliance policies

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with an active license to practice in a major US state
• 4+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in a prominent law firm
• 2+ years of experience in ethics compliance related to litigation
• Highly organized with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Experience in managing legal compliance and business interests across stakeholders
