Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel - Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume docket of consumer arbitrations, small claims, and litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and case strategy memos with minimal supervision
• Work cross-functionally to identify and address systemic issues related to consumer disputes

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• At least 6 years of litigation experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency
• Experience with consumer financial services matters and dispute resolution
• Genuine interest in crypto and digital assets
• Experience deploying AI to enhance legal work
