Litigation Counsel
Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic legal team, the full-time Litigation Counsel will provide legal advice, manage litigation matters, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements on a secondment basis.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders regarding risk management and compliance
- Collaborate with external counsel and coordinate legal strategies for ongoing cases
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation or related legal fields
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk assessment
- Experience working in a corporate legal environment is preferred
