Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

To provide interim support to an in-house litigation team, the full-time contract Litigation Counsel will manage a diverse commercial litigation portfolio, collaborate with business stakeholders, and work closely with outside counsel in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial disputes involving customers, partners, and business integration matters
• Support active patent litigation matters as they progress toward trial
• Coordinate strategy and day-to-day activities with outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience with a strong U.S. commercial litigation background
• Experience at both a law firm and an in-house legal department, preferably in enterprise software or technology
• Experience managing outside counsel and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent judgment and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
