Litigation Counsel, Licensed Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Litigation Counsel, Licensed Attorney to manage and support disputes and litigation matters remotely, including developing case strategies, providing legal guidance to internal teams, and overseeing outside counsel for complex cases.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and manage an active docket of disputes and litigation matters, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop case strategies
• Represent the company in smaller litigation matters, including regulatory inquiries and subpoenas
• Provide guidance and support on litigation-related matters, including risk assessments and proactive solutions

Required qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
• 5+ years of litigation experience at a top law firm or in-house legal department
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, including litigation drafting skills
• Experience managing and resolving litigation matters effectively
• Ability to manage a complex workload with shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
