Litigation Counsel State Licensing Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Litigation Strategy for Commercial Disputes
• Be the lead legal advisor to the business on all commercial disputes
• Represent the Company in various venues and engage with outside counsel

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Knowledge and experience in commercial disputes within the supply chain
• Command of federal and state laws governing transportation industry
• Experience in maritime or trucking industry preferred
• Working knowledge of marine, cargo, logistics, and liability insurance
