Litigation Counsel with Bar License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation & Claims Counsel (Solar) - Part-Time Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison with outside counsel, driving case strategy, timelines, and budgets
• Manage a portfolio of active litigation and claims, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Advise on customer warranty obligations and product-related claims, particularly for solar panel systems

Required Qualifications

• JD + Active U.S. Bar License (in good standing)
• 5-7+ years of litigation experience with exposure to managing outside counsel
• Experience handling complex product liability, warranty, or field claims
• Solar industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to operate independently in a part-time capacity
