Job Summary

Managing complex mass tort and class action settlement programs, the full-time remote Litigation Manager will oversee client engagements, develop project plans, and ensure successful implementation of legal processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of settlement programs, partnering with legal experts and build teams to meet client objectives
• Lead the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely progress and quality outcomes for litigation builds
• Serve as the litigation and product expert during client implementations, providing strategic guidance and support to internal executives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing mass tort or class action settlement programs
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and decision-making
• Exceptional communication skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement
• Substantive legal background with direct exposure to mass tort or class action matters
