Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal specializing in Employment Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review service of process notices and route matters to stakeholders
• Support employment litigation, personal injury, and workers' compensation cases
• Manage legal holds and support discovery across multiple active cases

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a litigation paralegal in both law firm and in-house settings
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Familiarity with Exterro and Legal Tracker is a plus
• Availability for 30-40 hours per week for an estimated 2-month duration
