Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to provide support to its legal department remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to legal department attorneys and manage case files
• Handle subpoena responses, document collection, and e-discovery processes
• Assist with internal compliance audits and manage client bankruptcy matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of litigation experience in a national law firm or equivalent
• Experience with e-discovery software, preferably Microsoft Purview
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe
