Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to work in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and manage pleadings, motions, exhibits, and court filings
• Conduct legal research and summarize statutes and case law
• Manage discovery, document review, and electronic case files

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with legal research platforms (Westlaw, Lexis, or similar)
• Paralegal certificate is a plus
• Experience in Admiralty / Maritime Law, shipping law, or transportation law is a plus
