Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal with OSHA experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and obtain client documents, including conducting litigation and background checks
• Draft various legal documents for attorney review, including motions and discovery responses
• Assist in trial preparation, including managing exhibits and coordinating witness meetings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience in labor and employment litigation
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
