Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal with OSHA experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage client documents, including conducting background checks and obtaining authenticated records
• Draft legal documents for attorney review, including motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
• Assist in trial preparation, manage exhibits, and coordinate witness meetings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience in labor and employment litigation
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
