Key Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests
• Create fact chronologies and deposition summaries to support case strategy
• Conduct legal research and engage with clients to gather necessary information

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in litigation
• Paralegal certificate or associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong legal drafting skills
• Proactive problem-solver who can identify and address issues independently
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and case management systems
