Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in delivering exceptional client service in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and manage client documents, including conducting background checks and obtaining authenticated records
• Draft legal documents for attorney review, including motions, orders, and discovery responses
• Assist in trial preparation by managing exhibits, witness lists, and coordinating witness preparation meetings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience
• Labor and employment litigation experience required
• Extensive knowledge of litigation and trial procedures, as well as court rules
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
