Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support a large public entity on a fully remote legal project.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, including settlement agreements and memoranda
• Receive, review, and route incoming complaints
• File Motions of Appearance and assist with scheduling and administrative coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and prior paralegal experience
• Ability to commit to a year-long engagement
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• High technical aptitude and comfort navigating multiple software platforms
