Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To support the Legal team, the full-time remote Litigation Paralegal will manage legal request workflows, assist in litigation and regulatory support, and build AI-enabled legal infrastructure while ensuring efficient operations across law enforcement and legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake, processing, and response workflow for legal requests from law enforcement, ensuring visibility and prioritization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address routine legal inquiries and escalate sensitive issues to attorneys as needed
• Assist with litigation and regulatory support, including document coordination and preparation of attorney-ready summaries

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience, preferably in litigation or regulatory support
• Experience managing legal workflows, including intake, tracking, and document coordination
• Demonstrable AI fluency with tools like Claude or ChatGPT for legal research and workflow optimization
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to identifying and closing workflow gaps
• Strong written communication skills for translating complex legal concepts into clear, actionable language
