Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting the Litigation Finance Portfolio Monitoring team, the remote Litigation Paralegal will conduct legal research, analyze case materials, and monitor portfolio performance while collaborating with attorneys and investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze legal documents and case filings to inform underwriting and portfolio monitoring
• Conduct legal and factual research, identifying analogous cases and relevant developments
• Organize and maintain case files, investment documentation, and track key case developments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, History, Economics, Law, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in paralegal roles or litigation support
• Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Experience managing case-related workflows and reviewing legal documents
