Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a legal team, the part-time hourly Litigation Paralegal will process claims related to garnishments, levies, and liens while assisting customers with 1099-K tax form corrections in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Examine garnishments, levies, liens, and information subpoenas for accuracy and legal sufficiency
• Review account files to identify implicated customer accounts
• Assist customers in making corrections to 1099-K tax forms

Required qualifications

• Experience with lien, levy, or garnishment processing
• Familiarity with 1099-K tax form corrections
• Legal background or education in relevant fields
• Strong attention to detail in legal documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
