Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a dynamic legal team, the full-time Litigation Paralegal will draft legal documents, manage discovery, and assist with trial preparation in a hybrid remote environment based in Jacksonville, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and contracts
• Manage discovery processes by organizing, reviewing, and producing documents
• Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and other key case materials

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in insurance defense
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Basic knowledge of court and administrative proceedings
• Familiarity with lawsuit summaries and litigation file maintenance
• Ability to meet billing goal expectations and maintain regular attendance
