Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Offering a remote contract opportunity, the Litigation Paralegal will provide essential support for trial matters in Federal litigation, focusing on citation review and ensuring the accuracy of legal documents.

Key responsibilities:

• Review citations in motions, briefs, and expert materials for accuracy and legal support
• Verify quoted language and legal authorities against source materials to minimize filing errors
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation by organizing documentation and maintaining submission-ready materials

Required qualifications:

• At least 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation with Federal court exposure
• Extensive experience in cite checking for major legal documents
• Working knowledge of Shepardizing and validating legal authorities
• Familiarity with trial preparation processes and documentation standards
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
