Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting attorneys across all phases of litigation, the full-time Litigation Paralegal will work remotely to develop legal arguments, draft motions and discovery responses, and manage e-filing in multi-state and federal courts.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and case filings
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and assist with the preparation of trial materials
• Manage e-filing processes and ensure compliance with local court rules

Required qualifications

• Paralegal certificate required
• 2-3+ years of litigation experience required
• Experience with e-filing systems and federal filing (PACER/ECF)
• General Liability, Insurance Defense, or Insurance Coverage experience preferred
• Proficiency in legal technology, including Westlaw and Microsoft Office
