Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting regulatory and consumer litigation teams, the full-time Litigation Paralegal will process civil subpoenas, manage legal requests, and assist with active litigation matters in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and coordinate responses to domestic and international subpoenas, summons, and other civil third-party requests
• Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies to resolve inquiries and escalate complex matters as needed
• Assist in preparing and filing pleadings and maintain accurate records while managing multiple concurrent legal matters

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with hands-on experience in processing civil legal requests
• Experience supporting litigation and arbitration matters, including preparation of case materials and filings
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters and deadlines effectively
• Experience communicating with attorneys, government agencies, and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management and e-discovery workflows
