Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting the regulatory and consumer litigation teams, the full-time Litigation Paralegal will process civil subpoenas, manage legal requests, and assist with litigation matters in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and coordinate responses to domestic and international subpoenas, summons, and other civil requests
• Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies to resolve inquiries and escalate complex matters
• Assist in preparing and filing pleadings, maintaining accurate records, and managing concurrent legal matters

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with hands-on experience in processing civil legal requests
• Proven experience supporting litigation and arbitration matters, including case materials and pleadings preparation
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters and deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Experience communicating with attorneys, government agencies, and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management and e-discovery workflows
