Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting regulatory and consumer litigation teams, the full-time Litigation Paralegal will process civil subpoenas, manage legal requests, and assist with litigation and arbitration matters in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and coordinate responses to domestic and international legal requests, including subpoenas and garnishments
• Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies to resolve inquiries and escalate complex matters
• Assist in preparing and filing pleadings and maintain accurate records for concurrent litigation matters

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, specifically with civil subpoenas and third-party legal requests
• Experience supporting litigation and arbitration, including preparation of case materials and pleadings
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters with strong attention to detail
• Experience communicating with attorneys and external stakeholders, including drafting correspondence
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management and e-discovery workflows
