Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting regulatory and consumer litigation teams, the full-time Litigation Paralegal will process civil subpoenas and other legal requests, assist with litigation and arbitration matters, and maintain accurate records in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and coordinate responses to domestic and international civil third-party requests
• Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies to resolve inquiries and escalate complex matters
• Assist with preparing and filing pleadings and case materials for active litigation and arbitration matters

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with hands-on experience in processing civil subpoenas and other legal requests
• Experience supporting litigation and arbitration matters, including preparing case materials and filings
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent legal matters and deadlines
• Experience communicating with attorneys, government agencies, and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms for case management and document review
