Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Joining a highly visible legal team, the full-time remote Litigation and Risk Paralegal will investigate and respond to escalated pre-litigation disputes and regulatory inquiries while assisting with ongoing litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and draft responses to escalated consumer complaints and regulatory inquiries
• Assist with fact investigation and document production for ongoing litigation
• Maintain electronic records of pre-litigation disputes and litigation matters within the matter management system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent education and work experience
• 7+ years of experience as a paralegal supporting litigation or dispute resolution
• Working knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures
• Prior experience working in-house and/or at a law firm preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage reporting deadlines effectively
