Job Summary
Supporting a solo practice focused on landlord-tenant litigation, the fully remote Litigation Paralegal will manage a high-volume caseload, draft legal documents, and conduct research while collaborating closely with the attorney.
Key responsibilities
- Support attorneys in landlord-tenant litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal and factual research related to cases and prepare responses to written discovery
- Manage litigation calendars and court deadlines, ensuring timely communication and organization of case files
Required qualifications
- Prior experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in landlord-tenant litigation
- Strong legal drafting and research skills
- Experience preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Understanding of litigation procedures and court rules
- Paralegal certificate or applicable qualification preferred
