Job Summary
Supporting the Global Law & Policy Corporate team, the full-time Litigation Paralegal will manage litigation data, assist with e-discovery, and prepare reports for senior leadership while working onsite in Cambridge or potentially remotely for highly qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and support high-value reporting to senior leadership and coordinate with outside counsel and government agencies
- Maintain and develop internal databases of litigation data and assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Manage billing for outside counsel, track financial reserves, and oversee matter management systems for accurate reporting of case data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with in-house legal experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 collaborative tools
- Experience in creating and analyzing databases of litigation data
- Hands-on experience using AI-driven legal tools and a commitment to continuous process improvement
