Litigation Paralegal PA

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal PA to support Pennsylvania caseloads with a minimum of 8 years of personal injury litigation experience, including knowledge of additional states, while working remotely in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft complaints and initial discovery documents, and manage the service of process
• Calender litigation timelines, depositions, and assist in trial preparation
• Conduct status update calls with clients and manage non-party discovery requests

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury law
• Verified litigation experience in Pennsylvania and at least one additional state (Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, or California)
• Experience with Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas practice and PACFile e-filing preferred
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fully digital environment
• Fast typing skills are ideal
