Job Summary
Supporting case teams and the Litigation Support team, the full-time remote Litigation Project Analyst will manage eDiscovery workflows, including project intake, Relativity workspace setup, and data handling to ensure consistent and defensible processes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with project intake by gathering case-specific requirements and confirming instructions from case teams
- Configure Relativity workspaces and execute standard workflows, including data loading and reporting
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of project requests and communicate status updates to team members
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience supporting eDiscovery workflows in a law firm, vendor, or corporate legal environment
- Working knowledge of RelativityOne, including basic workspace configuration and review workflows
- Foundational understanding of eDiscovery practices across the EDRM lifecycle
- Familiarity with data handling concepts, including file types and document review processes
- Ability to follow established workflows while identifying and escalating issues appropriately
