Litigation Project Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting eDiscovery workflows, the full-time remote Litigation Project Analyst will manage project intake, configure Relativity workspaces, and assist with data handling and document production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with project intake by gathering case-specific requirements and instructions
• Configure Relativity workspaces and execute standard workflows for data processing and document production
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of project requests and data handling activities

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience supporting eDiscovery workflows in a law firm, vendor, or corporate legal environment
• Working knowledge of RelativityOne, including basic workspace configuration and review workflows
• Foundational understanding of eDiscovery practices across the EDRM lifecycle
• Familiarity with data handling concepts, including file types and document review processes
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
