Litigation Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Litigation Specialist will collaborate with lawyers to research and prepare case documents, briefs, and other necessary materials prior to trial while ensuring client confidentiality and advising on legal strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Uphold strict client confidentiality protocols and provide information regarding litigation viability
- Retain counsel upon client requests and monitor attorneys to ensure aggressive pursuit of damages
- Prepare demands, verify balances, and ensure timely remittance of funds collected by attorneys
Required qualifications:
- Preferred knowledge of the civil legal process and/or commercial collections
- Salesforce expertise is a significant advantage
- Demonstrated understanding of urgency in maximizing recoveries
- Strong computer skills and customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse personalities
