Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Support Specialist (temp - remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the collection, retrieval, and intake of relevant electronic litigation and pre-litigation demands
  • Provide operational support focused on pre-litigation workflows and escalate disputes for resolution
  • Assist litigation paralegal team with administrative tasks and manage small claims cases from intake through resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience at a law firm or in-house legal department, ideally 5+ years in a similar role
  • Prior experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or Case Assistant is preferred
  • Ability to identify and classify legal processes and demand notices
  • Experience with multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Paralegal experience or training is a plus
