Job Summary
A company is looking for a Litigation Support Specialist (temp - remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the collection, retrieval, and intake of relevant electronic litigation and pre-litigation demands
- Provide operational support focused on pre-litigation workflows and escalate disputes for resolution
- Assist litigation paralegal team with administrative tasks and manage small claims cases from intake through resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience at a law firm or in-house legal department, ideally 5+ years in a similar role
- Prior experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or Case Assistant is preferred
- Ability to identify and classify legal processes and demand notices
- Experience with multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Paralegal experience or training is a plus
