Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Support Specialist (temp - remote) to assist with various legal processes for a duration of six months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee collection and distribution of electronic litigation and pre-litigation demands
  • Provide operational support for pre-litigation workflows and escalate disputes for resolution
  • Assist litigation paralegals with administrative tasks and manage small claims cases


Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience of 5+ years in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to identify legal processes
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or Case Assistant is preferred
  • Paralegal experience or training is a plus
