Job Summary
To support client engagement, the part-time Live Chat Specialist will respond to live chat inquiries on client websites, manage multiple conversations, and provide timely, professional assistance while working remotely from 7 PM to 11 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist website visitors by answering questions and connecting them with appropriate resources
- Complete administrative tasks, including client setup and reporting
Required qualifications
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
- Customer service experience with a calm and helpful approach
- Experience using live chat software (preferred)
- Background in technology, consumer electronics, or marketing (preferred)
- Strong written communication skills, including excellent grammar and punctuation
