Live Hosting Services Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Live Hosting Services & Innovation Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify barriers and opportunities for sellers transitioning to live selling and design supportive programs
• Build and manage a Hosting-as-a-Service model, including host sourcing and training
• Establish a network of third-party agencies to support live production and content creation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, creator economy, or live streaming roles
• Proven experience in building and scaling new programs or services
• Strong operational and analytical skills with a focus on execution
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to a fast-paced environment
