Live Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the scaling of Modo Boxes, the full-time remote Live Operations Specialist will manage the build, configuration, and quality assurance of gaming boxes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship Modo Boxes, configuring contents, drop rates, and eligibility rules while performing QA before launch
• Create and maintain catalog items, ensuring metadata and economy parameters are set up correctly
• Coordinate with teams to prioritize tasks, monitor post-launch performance, and contribute to process improvements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in live ops, game operations, CMS configuration, or a similar back-office role
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to high-volume, precision work
• Critical thinking skills to question briefs and identify potential issues before launch
• Ability to manage multiple builds concurrently without losing track
• Genuine interest in games and live operations
