Job Summary
Supporting daily operations and quality management, the full-time Live Operations Support will monitor and troubleshoot fulfillment challenges while interacting with customers and merchants in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operations and quality management across delivery and fulfillment workflows
- Monitor and troubleshoot fulfillment challenges before they escalate
- Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures and assist with pilot initiatives
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in last-mile logistics or live operations support
- Experience in high-visibility delivery/logistics environments such as FedEx or UPS preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
