Job Summary

Supporting daily operations and quality management, the full-time Live Operations Support will monitor and troubleshoot fulfillment challenges while interacting with customers and merchants in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Support daily operations and quality management across delivery and fulfillment workflows
  • Monitor and troubleshoot fulfillment challenges before they escalate
  • Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures and assist with pilot initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in last-mile logistics or live operations support
  • Experience in high-visibility delivery/logistics environments such as FedEx or UPS preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
