Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Live Seller Enablement Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify barriers in sellers' transition to live selling and develop programs to facilitate this shift
• Build and lead a Hosting-as-a-Service model, ensuring high-quality hosting experiences
• Establish and manage external agencies and creators for live production and content support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, creator economy, live streaming, or seller enablement roles
• Proven experience in building and scaling programs that support creators or sellers
• Strong operational and analytical skills with the ability to execute strategy
• Deep understanding of live commerce dynamics, including hosting and audience engagement
