Job Summary
To support the Creative Academy initiative, the part-time Livelihoods Pathways Consultant will develop a flagship livelihoods model and practical tools to facilitate youth transitions from skilling to earning opportunities, working remotely with potential missions to India and Brazil.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and design a livelihoods model and operational frameworks for the Creative Academy to support youth in transitioning from skilling to earning
- Create practical tools and templates for implementation, including guidance on portfolio development and pathway design
- Collaborate with global teams and country offices to ensure the effective adaptation of the livelihoods model across different contexts
Required qualifications
- Advanced (Master's) degree in international development, education, economics, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in youth livelihoods, employment, or workforce development
- Proven experience in designing programs that facilitate youth transitions to employment or entrepreneurship
- Experience developing practical frameworks and tools for program implementation
- Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset
