Job Summary
A company is looking for a Developer with expertise in designing blended omnichannel workflows and managing NICE CXone features.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations between LiveVox and NICE CXone using APIs and SDKs
- Create Studio scripts in NICE inContact to orchestrate omnichannel interactions and call flows
- Build custom scripts in LiveVox Designer for proactive outreach campaigns
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of CCaaS experience
- 2 or more years of experience with LiveVox
- Experience with NICE CXone platforms
- Experience with API development and CRM integrations
- Familiarity with contracts, SLAs, and customer engagement models
