LLM Fine-Tuning Engineer

Job Summary

To support the growth of innovative solutions, the full-time LLM Fine-Tuning Engineer will design and operationalize fine-tuning workflows for large language models, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams on complex training pipelines and evaluation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute fine-tuning experiments for large language models using advanced techniques
• Lead dataset construction and quality assurance processes for instruction tuning
• Build and optimize scalable training pipelines on modern distributed training frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Six or more years of combined ML research and engineering experience, with significant exposure to LLMs
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning transformer-based language models at scale
• Familiarity with distributed training strategies and preference optimization techniques
