Job Summary

A company is looking for an LMS Administrator to coordinate onboarding training and manage the Learning Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support training events, manage LMS operations, and oversee user assignments
  • Collaborate with IT for system integrations and assist in learning-related projects
  • Develop training materials, provide user support, and generate reports on system usage
Required Qualifications
  • Two to four years of related coordinating or administrative experience required; LMS implementation preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or equivalent experience encouraged
  • Experience with LMS systems such as Docebo, Workday, or LinkedIn Learning preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced organizational skills with project management capabilities
