Job Summary
A company is looking for an LMS Administrator - SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative activities for the Pharm Sci Training Group in SuccessFactors
- Support LMS clean-up projects and respond to inquiries regarding the LMS
- Provide reporting and analysis on training-related efforts and participate in process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience with SuccessFactors
- 3 years of experience in data compilation, reporting, and analysis of training policies and procedures
- Experience entering courses into the system, including job codes and SCORM compliance
- Experience in creating departmental job aids
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
