Job Summary

A company is looking for an LMS Administrator - SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee administrative activities for the Pharm Sci Training Group in SuccessFactors
  • Support LMS clean-up projects and assist with questions regarding the LMS
  • Provide reporting and analysis on training-related efforts and participate in process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with SuccessFactors
  • 3 years of experience in compiling data and conducting reporting and analysis on training policies and procedures
  • Experience in entering courses into the system, including job codes and SCORM compliance
  • Experience in assisting with and creating departmental job aids
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
